I have been a massive Take That fan since they were famous the first time around! I was thrilled when they made their comeback and have really enjoyed them as a 4 piece band. I used to think a lot of Robbie Williams (even travelling to Dublin to see him on a solo tour). However, after seeing how he treated Gary on a TV programme, I really went off him. So I was more than a little disappointed when I found out that he would be 'rejoining' Take That for this album and tour. -Introduction- I am a bit too young to be a huge fan of the group and so this was my first Take That gig and my first ever stadium concert experience! And I can assure you they did not disappoint. I had seen The Circus Tour DVD and was very impressed at the theatrics the group incorporated into their show which kept the audience entertained throughout the whole thing. So when I heard that they were embarking on another stadium tour, and this time Robbie would be along for the ride, I was suddenly very eager to get a ticket. I managed to get through most of the 90s by avoiding Take That. I liked a couple of their songs but by and large I found much of what they recorded to be a bit dull. I loved Robbie's debut solo album but then went off him a bit when I felt he got a bit too big for his boots. If anyone recalls his Knebworth shows they will know what I mean. When Take That reformed I must admit to liking a few of the songs, but once again actually buying their albums wasn't really something I was in any great rush to do. King's Theatre (Glasgow) - Good parking and city centre location. Not the most comfortable theatre.
