The Belmont is ideally situated in town on Belmont street, if you're coming by bus it's just off Union st and if you're coming by car there's plenty of car parking near by.
I like little cinemas like this, there's something quite romantic about them.
The food - there's a great selection of pop corn and crisps, my favourite is the the salted caramel popcorn (you'd never get that in a big cinema place would you?), and if you're wanting a drink beforehand there's a really nice bar in the basement which incidentally runs a great movie quiz on a Tuesday night, if you're a movie buff get yourself down there!
The cinema - the seats are very comfy and it's almost homely - there's only about 100 seats in the biggest room.
After the cinema - the Belmont is excellent because after you've been to watch a movie you can come out and find a bar to have a few drinks in afterwards, if the basement bar of the picture house doesn't take your fancy there's revolution, wild boar and slains all within easy reach.
