Advantages: hillarious, silly, wierd, great characters

Disadvantages: Bob Fossil!

The Mighty Boosh in my opinion is the work of comedy Genius. A lot of the people i speak to about the Mighty Boosh state that they just don't get it, but i really feel there is nothing to get. The Mighty Boosh is all about just not thinking into it, its fun, silly, quirky, weird, wrong but hilarious. Julian Barrat and Noel Fielding play Howard Moon and Vince Noir in the Mighty Boosh adventures. Howard moon is the older less cool jazz fan, usually mocked but realistically a lot smarter than his co-star Vince Noir the electric cool king of Camden Elite, and adorable but stupid character who female fans can't help but fall in love with.
The live DVD starts off in a stand-up like setting, introducing the different characters and explaining what they've been up to, all are hilarious with the exception of Bob Fossil, who i personally believe is a rubbish character played by an annoying actor, however that is the point! The DVD then goes into small sketches such as Pies, which is absolutely hilarious and you may ahve seen if you watched the secret policeman's ball in 2007. The DVD goes into a sketch called the Ruby of Kukunu, however you spell it, which follows Vince and Howard on a mission to find a Ruby which will help bring their friend Naboo the enigma back to life after he was brutally murdered by a cockney ghost named the kitcher, who once raped a dolphin!
The Dvd is packed full of laughs and whether you are a fan of the Boosh or not this DVD is brilliant! It can be found very cheap in many different DVD retailers and is definitely a great gift if you have a teenager around!

Summary: best comedy of the 21st century
