Advantages: good family day out that everyone from toddlers to grandparents can enjoy.

Disadvantages: Bit on the pricey side

This tourist attraction is very handy for a greta day out as i live near to Blackppol. You know thatr whenever you go it will be a fun filled day out!

Location:
The pleasure beach itself is located towards the south pier of Blackpool, away from most of the clubs and shops. It is very accessable for any means of transport whether you are driving or geting the train. If driving there are many parking facilities very close to the theme park. Alternativley if you travel by train you can either walk down the promenade taking almost an hour or get a tram. These are the traditionalk means of transport that Blackpool still uses today. This will take around 30 mins and only cost you a couple of quid.

Rides:
The theme park offers a great variety of rides from thrill rides to a junior type park itself. The larger thrill rides inculde the pepsi max, one of the nations most popular attraction rwaching up to 60mph! There are also other thrill rides including the iron bru and the spin doctor. They are all great rides but not for the faint herated.

Other than these rapid, large rollercoasters is the beaver creek section. This is like a minature park offering smaller scale rollercoasters for the younger ones. This creates an ideal day out for the whole family.

There is also much more than rides; you can enjoy a couple of hours on the ice rink, or even see cadabret style shows on your visit. I would definatly recommend theseas they are great fun for all family members.

Food + drink:
Like all theme parks there is many stalls and restaruants inside the theme park. I must admit that these are not the tastiest and greatest food you can eat but the theme park is not renowned for its food. You can easily grab burgers or hotdogs and a decent drink for a measly few quid. This is good fast food which you want so you do not waste much time away from the rides.

Price:
This is the biggest downside of the attraction, in the past it was free to anybodu to enter the theme park. This was ideal, if you was older and did not enjoy the rides but wanted to go along with your family. However, now if you just want to enter you have to pay a fiver.

Most people generally buy a wristband. This enables you to unlimited rides throughout the day. It is very reasonable for the amount of rides available to go on, at 30 pounds. If you do not want to go on this many rides, you can just buy a few tickets. This allows you to go on rides that you want to go on and only pay for them certain rides.

You can do many research on the internet to get great deals. this can include family tickets or just special weekend events at cheaper prices.

A great family day out!

Summary: Would be 5 stars if was a bit cheaper.
