Advantages: Best slides great day out

Disadvantages: Gets busy

We have had some great days out here although if only visiting one water park we would choose Typhoon lagoon over it as it has a far bigger wave pool and looks more natural. That said the slides are fantastic, the park is designed to look like a ski resort with fake mountain peaks. Summit plummet is the largest and fastest slide we have ever been on we did it once just to say we had but it was a bit much for us and can be a little painful as you are travelling really fast but the feeling is out of this world. There are plenty of other great slides and we love the toboggan runs and tube slides. There is a really good family tube ride called team boat springs, and when you get tired grab a tube and float around the cross country creek which is around 1/2 mile long and is very relaxing when it is not so busy.
A good tip we found was when you first arrive and are looking for somewhere to set up if like us you want a quieter spot head anticlockwise round behind the main mountain area and you can find some much smaller seat and sunbathing areas. Make sure you use plenty of sun screen as you get burnt so easy walking around the park.

Summary: Loved it but preffer Typoon Lagoon
