Camelot Theme Park

At Camelot the ticket prices to get in for a full day are much cheaper now.They cost around half the price then they was once before. Camelot has one problem their is no parking much available now in the car park. Also no new rides have been put in and most of their rides will be liked kids mostly. They need to add some more rides in for people over 20 to sit on! I could not find much rides apart from 4 rides there was nothing else for me to sit on here. Camelot has to be one of the worst theme parks I have ever been to in my life! The rides were dated and falling to bits - quite literally - as the first roller coaster we were on broke down and we spent an hour sitting on it before having to climb 5ft down a filthy banking to get off!!!!! The pirate ship was boring and very run down in comparison to a similar ride at alton towers. The magic show was very disappointing and the accomodation....... (we were placed in the appartments out-with the main hotel) well I won't even start I'd be typing all night with my list of complaints............ Please don't go! Honestly put some extra money to it and go to Alton Towers or Blackpool instead...........................

Camelot is a theme park which is home to a lot of rides and also offers cheap ticket prices to get in the theme park. Last year I came here with my friends and we loved coming here. The theme park here has got plenty of rides available including a lot of rides for younger kids plus a lot of water rides here. The theme park has got a lot of places available near by so you can eat to. The prices for eating here are not bad either which is a positive about coming to Camelot. I think Camelot is exactly what it says it is - a THEME park, which the theme being centred around King Arthur and the knights of the round table. So many places call themselves theme parks but aren't, so it's nice to visit one that is. From the minute you are welcomed through the gates by King Arthur and his royal subjects (all played by actors who clearly enjoy their work and are enthusiastic about it) you are swept up in a world of mythical beasts, valiant knights and magical spells. camelot is a great day out which is especially fun for children. the theme park is located in chorley lancashire and is relatively easy to get to. it is easily accessible by car, coach and train. it costs around £20 for both child and adult admissions or you can buy a family ticket for around £65 which is a lot cheaper than other theme parks. it has a number of medieval shows which are performed throughout the day where you can watch different knights jousting. children love it and it gives you chance to have a sit down and relax. shows are included in the entry price so it is at no extra cost to yourselves. camelot offers a variety of rides ...  Read the complete review
