You may be a Family or a few teenagers but you will enjoy the whole experience. If you are a family then you will enjoy all rides that your kids can go on, the characters are really friendly and every ride has a theme to keep everyone amused. Disney World is different to the rest of the Disney Lands, as there are several parks owned by Disney. You ... Read the complete review

You can never really grow out of loving Disney. Sure, the Magic Kingdom is hectic chaos, the queues are diabolical, the stress can sometimes be all too much and don't even mention the price! But all that aside, isn't it just magical? The colour, the music, the dancing, the characters, the weather and the spectacular parade - it's like ... Read the complete review

We have just visited all the parks for the first time so our opinions may not hold much sway but....here they are anyway. Use fast track passes whenever you can but BEWARE. You MUST use one up before getting another and cannot get one within two hours of getting another. We went to Space Mountain, obtained passes for riding about an hour later, ... Being on a budget when visiting Florida and having an 8 year old with us we were not going to visit Disneyworld but try and fool him into thinking that MGM was disneyland. When we arrived we realised that the tickets were not as expensive as we thought so we had a change of heart and decided to do The Magic Kingdom after all - it's the ... Read the complete review

If you can afford it, Orlando is the perfect place for a family holiday. For a start the weather is perfect. And the theme parks will keep the kids entertained for days (especially with the Disney characters signing autographs and having photos done), while still being lots of fun for adults and teenagers. Highlights are the Safari at Animal ... Read the complete review

If you have kids, the best way to 'do' Orlando is to stay as close to Disney as you can. Lets face it, the reason most people visit Orlando is to see the theme parks; but walking for miles in the boiling hot sun is really tiring, especially for small children. Until you actually arrive, it is hard to imagine the sheer size of Walt Disney ... Read the complete review

I have been lucky enough to visit Walt Disney World (WDW) many, many times and I also worked at the park for one year, so I can safely say that I know the area pretty well. This World (for it is way too large to be just a resort) has everything you need for a vacation -- even if you spent a whole year there you would still not see it all! ... Read the complete review

I have only visited Disney World once, back in November 1997. As Disney World in Florida is 45 square miles in size (the same as the city of Manchester), I am going to split this review of it up into each theme park and area. EPCOT This stands for "Experimental Prototype Community Of Tomorrow". ... Read the complete review

The best holiday my husband and I ever took was last year when we went to Orlando. How on earth do you fit everything in without going for a month or more! Disneyworld itself would take a fortnight if you wanted to see it all. We made a choice to fit 3 days into our busy schedule and loved it! Epcot was the least favorite ... Read the complete review

Epcot is really two parks - future world, dominated by Spaceship Earth (the huge golf ball) and World Showcase. The queues for Spaceship Earth can be huge, but they move fast and the 17 minute ride is a good place to cool off in the middle of the day. This is a must-see experience. My tip is to start the day with a Character Breakfast at ... Read the complete review

We travelled to America last year with 3 children aged 10 months, 3yrs and 6yrs. Not many people are aware of the wonderful babycare centres that are available within all the main Disney Parks. The facilities they offer are quiet rooms for nursing mothers, facilities to prepare/reheat a complete meal for a toddler, bottle warming, extra nappy ... Read the complete review

I have been very lucky and visited Disney in Los Angeles, Disney Paris and also Disney Florida. The latter being by far the best holiday ever. We went before we had children, which was only 2 years ago, and in the 10 days we were there we did most of it, but could really of stayed there for another 4 days. You become like a child again, it is ... Read the complete review

Disney World is made up of 4 parks - and you'll be unlikely to be able to spend less than a day in each. The one which everybody thinks of when they hear "disneyworld", is the Magic Kingdom. This is a huge park, with hundreds of rides and activities, split up into about 5 areas (fantasyland, sci-fi etc). There's Disney ... Read the complete review

Walt Disney World in Florida is certainly a fantastic place for a holiday, however much research and planning is needed before a trip to get maximum enjoyment from the theme parks.I have stayed both on and off site and if you can afford it you should stay on-site at one of the Disney resort hotels. They allow early access to the parks most days ... As each of the theme parks in the Orlando area are so huge, I thought they deserve their own opinions. As I have been there several times, I think I can share some tips which I have picked up along the way. Walt Disney World (WDW) and the other Disney parks can be covered by purchasing a hopper pass, a 5 or 7 day one. You can then ... Read the complete review
