Magic Kingdom in Orlando is my favourite of the theme parks that Florida as to off.
It is however more family orientated than universal, so the rides are pretty tame here but none the less it does have 3 excellent rides one of them being Splash Mountain.
It is similar to the log flume , but in true Disney style it has a very big twist, you board the ride and follow, with mini dips and splashes you are waiting for the final plunge down the mountain. Be prepared to get absolutely soaked, you come will come of this ride dripping wet.
The downside to this ride is that it is extremely popular and we have queued for around 40 minutes for this ride, but occasionally we have used the fast pass queue where you get a passs to come back later and walk to the front of the queue.
A must have for all thrill seeking families that wish to get soaking wet.
As we a lot of roller coasters at Disney there are height restrictions on this ride so you would need to check before boarding, but they do a child swap where on goes on and leaves the other outside and then they swap.
