Advantages: Fun fun fun

Disadvantages: As with all theme parks - food is expensive

Disneyland, land of Mickey ad Minnie, a land of fairy tale castles and Snow White. A land for children. NO. Disney is for anyone, no matter how old or young, how tough or butch, you should really go, just to get in touch with that 'sensititve' side all the nineties films go on about. Disney, california is in Anaheim and although not as large as the Florida version is well worth a trip. There are many rides and adventures to go on, all of which have a happy edge rather than scary. If you are giung with kids, as any self respecting adult would, then be aware that some rides have height restrictions. My favourite ride was the log flume but that was several years ago so it could have improved. I stayed in a hotel outside of the complex which was refreshing although i expect that the disney hotels would offer a better level of service. Try and eat well as there is a tendency to eat junk food an if on a budget take food and drink in with you as prices are extortionate. Tip: Buy a foive day pas as you will need it nd it saves a lot of money. It can even be used over a period other than 5 days so you can have some days off.
