Advantages: So so many its so fun, exciting, magical, worth every penny
Disadvantages: None
Disneyland Paris is a magical place and somewhere that you and your kids will never ever forget going. Worth the money ten times over.
I flew over there from Manchester to Paris and then got the shuttle bus to the Sequoia Lodge hotel. I stayed there five days and four nights. Got there on Tuesday afternoon and Left on Saturday night.
Wewalked every day from the Hotel around the lake and through the Disney Village. As you walk through the village it starts to give you a taste of what you are going to get from the Disney parks. As we stayed in a Disney Hotel we got access to the parks earlier whcih was great. Only thing isto enter the park early youare directed to the side entrances and do not get to walk through the main entrance.
On entering the Park youare not disapointed it is magical and try not to be drawn around looking at the sights yourself. Take a look at your kids faces as they see the main street infront of them with the princess castle at the end. Something i will never forget is the faces on my kids.
My kids where 3 and 4 years old when i went and there was plenty of things for them to do. They were to small to go no some of the rides but there was still plenty they could go on.
Small world, Tea cups, Alice in Wonderland, and Flying Dumbo's where some of the girls favourites and you find yourself getting dragged back to them time and time again.
We paid for a Dinner with Disney Princess and this was well worht the money. On entering the resaurant we were greated by Cinderella and the girls got our photos taken with her.
Then we were taken to our table and ordered our food which was great really was. During the meal we got a visit to our table of the mice from Cinderella, Arial and Prince Eric, and also Snow White and Her Prince. The characters come over to your table and spend time talking to your kids and getting photos taken with them. Then they move onto the next table. Both my girls really loved this.
It was much better then queuing for hours to get your photo taken with one of the Princess's in the park.
Overall the whole place is a magical place not just for the kids but for yourself. You can not help be impressed by the whole place.
Summary: A magical holiday that will never be forgotten by myself or my girls

- 16/10/08 We went just as grown ups on our own, just the two of us, and loved it too. Even without kids it is a lovely experience - we are all children at heart, we should remember that sometimes. Lovely review. |
