Advantages: Great for all the family and memorable, especially the song!

Disadvantages: Not very fast moving, so may become boring for thrill seekers, but it's supposed to be nice and slow

This is a great ride! It really actually epitomises Disneyland because it's so happy and so uniting. In it, you travel on a, I have to say, lovely little boat which holds about 6 people, so it's great fo families. You journey to many different coutries who are all united by the song 'it's a small world' and are all so happy as they dance and sing! It's very idealistic, but you emerge from the ride feeling refreshed and happy also!

There are no dips and it goes nice and slowly and so it is ideal for anyone, no matter what their age, which is again, one of the greatest features of Disney.

It is quite a popular ride, but I have been in both summer and winter, and as I remember, the queues are never too bad for this, possibly because the boats hold quite a few people and are quick and easy to load. Speaking of the boats, they are simple and easy to get into, but I can imagine that some elder people if they have difficulty walking may possibly have slight trouble with them, however the staff at Disney are always so nice and helpful and so I don't doubt that they would be only too happy to assist anyone having difficulties.

Finally, the music is very catchy, but it will probably stick with you all day! It goes on and on and is very repetitive, but that's why it is so endearing. This ride will be one of your highlights at Disney, I'm sure! : )
