Europa Park Rust (Germany)Newest Review: ... Another ride that is quite popular is the Alpine coaster "Enzian". A faster ride, but a bit boring - good way to cool down though. This ride reaches a top speed of 45km/h. ITALY A recent attraction is the "Geisterschloss", or Ghost Castle, for those who don't speak German. I'm not the biggest fan of ghost castles, but I agreed to go on with my friends. There wasn't ... more |

Excellent park. Rides suitable for all the family - the big ones have queues early but child friendly ones are pretty queue free even on the busiest of days. Stay till the end of the day which is 8 in the summer when it is quite easy to get on. Lots of cheap guest houses near by. Themed hotels spotless with fantastic evening and breakfast buffets. Tip - buy bottles of pop at lidle close by!

Discover all of Europe in one day! This themepark situated in Rust, South West Germany was opened in 1975 and has since had over 73 million visitors. Within the park, you can visit countries such as Finland and Spain, Great Britain and Russia all in one day. The themepark has rides suitable for everyone, and plenty of eateries to keep you sustained, as well as shops so you can buy souvenirs! ~ The Park ~ Europapark not only features actually countries, but also a few other lands with particular audiences, such as Children's World, Adventureland and Chocoland. Chocoland is situated in Holland, and was not what I expected it to be. As far as I could ... Read the complete review

Europa. German for Europe, and a much better choice when you think of how Europe Park sounds. Europapark has a much better, well, gallop to it, don’t you think? Anyway, Europapark is a Europe themed theme park. It’s split into “countries” with themed attractions, shops etc as appropriate. RIDES + ATTRACTIONS Wide but not deep, Jack of all trades, master of non and various other phrases spring to mind. Europapark has something for everyone, from pushchair bound toddlers to fit 20 somethings up for the fright of their life to more mature granny types. While this means that it’s a place to take the whole family, it ... Read the complete review

I have visited theme parks in a variety of locations across Europe, from Denmark to Slovenia, hopping across to Italy and then to the more professional parks in france and Germany. Europa Park, I'm confident of saying, is by far the best, barring the amazing Alton Towers, of course. Forget Euro Disney, that was easily outclassed by the brilliant Parc Asterix, but even Asterix and Obelix look sheepish in terms of excellency, when forced to face up to Europa Park. I have been here twice now. The first visit was as a little kid. I can't remember much apart from the pure enjoyment of the whole experience, which is probably what got me hooked on ... I recently spent a week in Germany with my school and what an enjoyable week it was. During my time in Germany we made a visit to Europa theme park. My first opinion was good, big theme park a lot of rides....my day was looking good. The park is split up into different sections, each section being a different country. Some of these areas are mearly there to take up space and that is all they do. As soon as we were let free to roam we headed towards Russia, home to one mighty impressive looking rollercoaster. Impressive to ride? No. Boring is the word best suited to describe this slow, short and scenic ride. Okay so the ride had it moments, 2 semi big ... Read the complete review
