Probably one of the worst value for money family days out we have experienced. Six adults and two children all paying £20. Many of the rides were not available to the children due to height restrictions. £20 too high a price for young children. A number of the rides were closed or not operating due to technical problems. The worst thing by far was the catering. Many of the smaller outlets were closed, and the few staff on the open outlets were just not up to the job. To wait over an hour for fish and chips is just not acceptable.
One bar man in a very busy pub shows complete lack of planning. The only high staff level was in security, the 5 "bouncers" on the gate made us feel vey safe as we left.
