Advantages: Can be free with tesco club card vouchers

Disadvantages: none

I went there using my tesco clubcard vouchers which i converted to 3 adult passes and one child pass for our family so to start off this was completely free - always a good thing!

We started off doing the safari and were really lucky because we saw pretty much everything in cluding a tiger rying to escape - thankfully unsuccessfully, the lions were extremely close and one wolf sat on the road in front of us refusing to budge for a while until a ranger moved it on by reving his engine!

We lost some trim from our car whilst in with the monkeys so dont take your best car - some people lost their window wipers!

After the safari we went to the lake area where the hippos were basking and easy to spot, the gorilla - silverback - was out - and we paid for some fish to feed the always hungry sea lions. You are only entitled to do this trip once but we did it again and paid for it.

After lunch we went to the butterfly bit and then got lost in the maze before going into a rather smelly area for the bats! There is far too much to do in a day but you can revisit as your pass gets stamped as you do the different things

When we went back in a couple of weeks we decided to do the tour of the murals - it was so funny because we actually kept running into Lord Bath - the lady taking us round kept trying to get us to avoid him - but to no avail, I even held the door open for him at one point, and i must confess this made my day

Summary: A great weekend out as you cant do it in a day

Great way to get your passes, they cost a fortune otherwise. The bats freaked me out, they didn't seem to care where they flew. A great day out even if we can only do it once a year.

Sounds fabulous. I've been wondering what to do with my tesco club vounchers while on an OU break, this likes a good bet.
