A spectacular ruin and nice walk spoiled by the addition of a theme park.What looks like it would have once been a walled garden, spoiled by someone out to make money.Had to ask what they DID have from the restaurant menu.Was easier for them to tell me they only had one item from a list of eight.Most of the rides looked older than the castle. One cup of coffee-£1.70.Werent they making enough from my entry fee of £35.00 for my wife,me and my son.???Couldnt find the Pizzeria or a beer. Most of the young staff on the rides looked like they,d rather be somewhere else.All the same worth going to for the Birds of Prey display which was made very interesting and humorous by the falconer.....Take a picnic if you dont like being looted...Oh and by the way the castle is off limits. Loudoun Castle isn't just another theme park, it's one with a difference.
