On our trip to disney land last year we visited typhoon lagoon for a day of fun in the water and that is exactly what we got, there is so much going on there you can never run out of things to do.

There are nine water slides there with varying degrees of fright as you go down them , they all have height restrictions of over 48inches tall. the best 3 are
humunga kowabunga is a five storey high water flume that is fast moving and completely enclosed.
May day falls is a long water slide that travels slower taking you through caves and waterfalls along the way and you get to have a look at the beauty of the place. You travel around this on a blow up ring.
Cast away creek is a slow moving ride which you travel on in a inflatable ring that takes you all around the park, this is a good way of getting from one area to the next as you have lots of points where you can get off.

There is an area called surfs up wher it is an immitation beach that has a rough sea for anyone into surfing and a sandy beach for you to sun bathe on.

Ketchakiddie creek is designed especially for children under 48 inches tall who cannot make the height restrictions for the other rides, there are lots of fun things for them in this area to play with and to go on, there are some great kids flumes, a small wave pool and a beach.

You can rent towels when you get there but we took our own, they have lockers to put your belongings in, life guards all around to keep every one safe, you can rent inflatable aids for children who cannot swim aswell as adults. There are quite a few fast food out lets that serve food and drinks but at high prices.

The queues can get long during the buisy parts of the day for the food and the slides so you are better off getting there early and having a good go on the slides before it fills up like we did then spend the afternoon relaxing on the loungers.

This is a great day out and a good way to get some relaxation time in wholst in disney land.
