This theme park is amazing!

The park is divided into different "worlds" Marvel, Jurassic Park, Dr Seuss' landing and The Lost Continent and Toon Lagoon...and they have left nothing out. One of my personal favorites is the Jurassic Park area. They have the 4x4s out of the movies and the huge model T-Rex coming out of the vegetation (which is also themed like Jurassic Park.) You even enter this world through the Jurassic Park gates! There is also the Welcome Centre from the movie there, or a copy of it, which houses a few shops, eateries and some interactive exhibits.

The Incredible Hulk Roller Coaster is not to be missed! If you like your comic books even a little, then you will LOVE the Marvel Superhero Island, everything is themed, right down to the manhole covers. You will have to queue in the summer but the places where you will be standing are filled with fans and mostly in the shade. The path up to the rides will be themed according to the ride, for example for the 3D spiderman ride, you walk through The Bugle's offices. For anyone who doesn't know that is the newspaper in Spiderman.


There is also a Toon Lagoon section, featuring classics like Marmaduke and Popeye. There are of course themed shops, characters and amazing rides!

For smaller childern, there is also Dr Seuss' landing....or those of us who still like Dr. Seuss! Again the whole thing is brilliantly themed, with the occassional character making an appearance!

They are building a Harry Potter themed world at the minute, which I'm sure will be well worth a look! This will replace the Lost Continent section (or at least take up a large part of it) Duelling Dragons is a superb rollercoaster which you can find in the Lost Continent!

This park is a must-see if you are visiting Orlando!
