Islands of Adventure Orlando

Islands of Adventure is for more older people where there are more bigger rides including, The Hulk, Duelling Dragons, Jurassic Park River Adventure and many more but its one of the best theme parks I have ever been to!

There are a lot of rides in Islands of Adventure, There is The Hulk where you are launched out of the chain lift at 40 miles per hour (MPH), and go through twists, loops and corkscrews! At up to speeds of 65 MPH. There is also spiderman 3D where you sit in a car of 12 and you are in a car/simulator and you go through the streets of New York and you see evil villains in 3D and you see spiderman attacking them in 3D. There is also Bluto's river barges water ride, where you sit in a round boat of 8 seats and you go through a wild water ride with splashes, dips and drops but I must warn you, YOU WILL GET SOAKED so wear a coat or poncho! Then there's Jurassic Park River Adventure where you ride through the a calm boat ride and see the dinosaurs etc, but then you go into a danger zone and you see dinosaurs in a wrecked boat and then you go up a chain lift where you do a small drop and then go around the corner to see a Giant T-Rex on the in front of you and you don't know that there is a 85 foot drop in front of you and you go straight down and get really soaked, so wear a coat going onto this ride! Unless it's a really sunny day where you can dry off in the sun in about 10 minutes! Then there's The Duelling Dragons Floorless Roller Coaster, where 2 two roller coaster's are doing a totally different track except for when there's a loop on each roller coaster and you think that your Feet are going to hit the other roller coaster's passengers feet! Ride the two of them they are totally different rides!!! There is also a children's part in Islands of Adventure, Seuss Landing where there is all of your favourite characters including Cat In the Hat.

There are a lot of places to eat in Islands of Adventure, just like Universal Studios (which is right beside Islands of Adventure) there are food stalls all around the park that sell Hotdogs, Drinks and crisps! There are also a lot of cafes, one in each land and if you buy the all day meal deal, where you get a wrist band and then you walk into 1 of the 4 Sign post '' All day meal deal'' Cafes you get unlimited refills on soft drinks and food! In the Hotdog stalls you can buy a souvenir cup at $6.95 and you get unlimited refills at any hotdog stall through out the park for just $0:69!

Just like Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure has a gift shop at nearly every ride exit! There are also gift shops through out the park that sell sweets, photo frames, key rings and many more!

I really enjoyed Islands of Adventure Orlando and I hope to go back in the near feature! And I would also recommend anyone who is in Orlando for a holiday to even visit for a day! And like Universal Studios all the rides in the evening from 6pm to 10pm the ride queues calm down and go from 90 minutes to 5 minutes! And the parking is free from 6pm onwards but as from 9am to 5:59 pm the parking is $12. But sadly there are no fireworks in Islands of Adventure, they are just in Universal Studios! The park is also fully wheelchair etc accessible, and you can hire wheelchairs etc before you go into the park.
