myself, my wife and my 2 and 6 year olds were there for approxametely 1.5 hrs. some disgusting person had either vomited or deffacated halfway down an enclosed slide. we were all covered in whatever the bodily fluid was. the staff were unable to act in a sensible manner, they did not know who to inform or how to go about it. i informed them i would be using there showering facilities to clean ourselves. the receptionist was full of smiles, especially when informing us that they could not refund us from this office ( at this point we had not even discussed this!) we cleaned ourselves up in mediocre facilities and subsiquently traveled the 270 miles home. post trauma and ...

Park The park offers some good entertainment for all ages, however, no two rangers who monitor all rides to ensure the safety of all its paying customers is always paramount, acts the same, some allow children under the minimum height to ride with an adult or just seem not to bother and allow children on rides irrespective of any restrictions and then other rangers ensure the rules are enforced. This type of action only irritates parents and I witnessed on more than one occasion minor altercations between rangers and parents who pointed out it was all right to ride yesterday! However, the rides are great fun mind you do have to be prepared to wait ...

Woodlands is a leisure park situated in South Devon, near Dartmouth. It has indoor and outdoor attractions, and there is also a neighbouring caravan and camping park of the same name. We visited at the beginning of March 2007, on a chilly, damp Sunday at the end of half term. Getting there Woodlands is well signposted by brown tourist attraction signs from the Totnes to Kingsbridge road (A381). You turn off at Halwell for Dartmouth, and the entrance to Woodlands is a few miles down this road on the right.
