terrible treatment from staff (Woodlands Leisure Park)

fantastic neat campsite with great camping facilities , unfortunatly , utterly useless staff in the case of emergency. myself and two others in my party where in a serious acident on the taboggen run where 1 child was seriously injured and ended up having three hours of surgery , two other members of that party where left with long term injuries. no staff where first aid trained, the paramedics where called ten minutes after the accident with no briefing on what had happened so it was a further ten minutes before correct treatment was given by which time the seriously injured child had gone into shock, no compassion was given to any of the people involved in the accident, no after care , not even an offer to pull down our tents as the party was unable to do it themselves and relied on camping neighbours to assist. a nightmare!!

Summary: disgusting treatment from all staff and camp owner / stay away from the taboggen run in wet weather
