Disadvantages: Poor facilities, Poor staff, Poor rides.

On arrival we waited to pay in a que for half an hour as only two pay kiosks were open, with small kids this is no fun. On entering we found the staff rude and unhelpful making my two year old wake up and get out of her push chair to be measured against a minimum ride height sign then trying to get us to pay for her when she was 10cm under the limit. On entering we found the facilities dirty with bins overflowing at 10:30am, the rides were poor and outdated with long ques. The site is poorly signed and staff poorly trained and left to deal with problems beyond them. We finally tracked down a manager (i use the word loosely) and put our points across and demanded a refund which we eventually recieved. This place is a big let down. Crealy is a much better, safer and friendlier place to visit and we will not be returning to Woodlands. If you do decide to go, read up on the admissions policy and know your consumer rights as they do not.

Summary: Rubbish.
