Disadvantages: Queues and Prices

Ok im going to alton towers next tuesday, its one day after the bank holiday and most of the kids have gone back to school, (im in college so our holidays are different)

Last time i went was with my ex girlfriend and her family, we got there at opining time but didnt get in untill about 10ish

First ting we did (stupidly) was go on the first ride in view (Spinball) we queued for about 40 mins for that seen as though it was he first ride anyone came to

We worked out way backwards and went on a different selection of rides.

Oblivion - 40/50 min queue. Short ride, great rush! worth it but to short!

we then went to ug land, but it was closed so we waited for it to open and went stright on the corkscrew.

Corkscrew - 20 min queue. good ride. racks your head alot tho! LOL!

rita wasnt open at this time but they said some people may be let on because the press were riding rita. so there was a queue for it but no one got on, but luckily we didnt queue.

Nemesis - 20min queue, very good, fast, abit to short, great loading time, great sceneary!

Air - 1.5 hours queueing time. worth it! AWSOME RIDE! loved it to bits, not exactly thriling but very spectacular feeling of flying, but dont try and rush for the front, the back right or left is the best its fastest and u can see everything. front is good tho!

We went on most of the other rides with 10 - 30 min queues but its worth a day out!

Aswel this was on a weekend! so the times were pretty good so this tuesday should be excelent, i will right another review on wednesday about my visit on tuesday and talk about how its changed and queue times and such, the best way to nav round the park and such!
