Advantages: Superb Theme Park for all the family

Disadvantages: None

Alton Towers is a great day out for everyone from young toddlers to fully grown adults. Alton Towers is my favourite theme park i can never actually believe how big the theme park is, it is HUGE.
Alton Towers is made up of separate mini parks and each is designed to suit different ages and different fear factors they consist of Adventure Land, Cred street, Old MacDonald's Farm, Gloomy Wood, Forbidden valley, The Gardens a nice place to sit and have your lunch, Extraordinary Golf, Katanga Canyon, Mutiny Bay, The Towers for all the family, UG Land, X-Sector plus lots more. They also have there very own Hotels were you are able to stay longer and enjoy your visit, each hotel is very different they have there own themed rooms and discovery rooms for all the family to enjoy, bars, restaurants, spas, live entertainment, major events the list goes on forever. If staying at an Alton Towers Hotel you may want to take a trip to there very own Water Park it is fantastic and very enjoyable for children.
The prices some people may find to be a bit pricey at first but once you have visited Alton Towers you will find it to be very well worth your money, prices start from £29 for an adult and £22 for a child you will find that the more people in your party the bigger the discount. I also find that they often have offers on in your local newspapers or inside your local supermarket for a superb saving, it is usually a voucher for a free entry with a full paying adult.

Summary: A great day out for children or for yourselves

I recall recoiling at the queue lengths the last time we went but I suppose now is the time.
