Advantages: fun for the whole family Disadvantages: lots of walking alton towers is one of the best theme parks in the uk. it has a variety of things which you can do which is fun for the whole family. the prices are not unreasonable it costs around £30 for a wristband which entitles you to go on as many rides as you like. it is quite difficult to get to uynless you drive. its in a village in staffordshire called alton. it is home to two hatels the alton towers hotel which has themed rooms such as the chocolate room, the arabian nights room and the coca cola room. the other hotel splash landings is a fun family hotel with a large swimming pool. there are a number of different places which you can eat at throughout the theme park at reasonable prices. it is quite difficult to find your way around the park so take advantage of the maps and be prepared to do a lot of walking. the rides range from the smallest of childrens rides to the biggest and scariest rides which really intruige thrill seekers. perfect day out for the whole family.
