fantastic day out! (Alton Towers (Staffordshire))
Member Name: hannahb54
Advantages: thrill rides Disadvantages: long way to walk round! Alton Towers is a great family day out in Staffordshire. There are hundreds of rides which will suit everybodys taste. My favourite is definitely the Oblivion which is a ride with a near vertical drop and you definitely shouldnt look down! I could stay on that ride all day! The other big rides and attractions are Rita Queen of Speed which is really fast, the Nemisis which is a rollercoaster where your legs dangle and Air which gives you the sensation that you are flying and you are face down the majority of the way round! There are a lot of rides for the younger members of the family and loads of places to eat and the parking is free! They do a lot of offers all year round for example buy one adults ticket and get one free and it is definitely worth going if you can get this offer! You will not be disappointed! Summary: Brilliant for a great day out for all the family! |
