alton towers is one of the best theme parks in the uk in my opinion. its a place where i could happily stay for days on end!

the park is so big and has a variety of new experiences, its perfect for anyone of any age and style! from the white knuckle rides, to the spa treatment and hotels!

however, it is quite expensive but if you book online there is savings to be made, here are the average prices for a one day ticket :

the park itself has 2 different hotels, named the alton towers hotel and the splash landings hotel. the splash landings hotel is in connection with the water park included in the alton towers resort

not one to pass out fun times, i tried all of the big thrill rides, all of them except the oblivion that is! i could not face plunging 100's ft into a hole in the ground!

i think everyone should visit her and take advantage of the hotels allowing you to spend plenty of time here!
