Advantages: Corkscrew, Nemesis, Oblivion

Disadvantages: Q lengths, Cost

Hmmm, This is a differnt type of park to Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

This park opts for the more spread out approch.

Nemesis, Air, Blade and Ripsaw make up Forbiden Valley

Oblivion, Black Hole, Enterprise and leg braker make up X-Sector

Corkscrew, UG Swinger, UG Bugs make UG Land

All these zones are linked by Cable cars (or very long pathways!)

Top rides are Nemesis, Oblivion, Corkscrew, Air, Log Flume, Rapids and Mine Train.

Nemesis: Suspended Inverted coaster. Q time 30mins

Oblivion: Vertical one-drop wonder. Q time 45 mins

Corkscrew: Classic Corkscrew coaster. Q time 35 mins

Air: New flying coaster. Q time 2hrs

Log Flume: Need I say anymore? Q time 20mins

Rappids: River ride, Q time 35mins

Mine Train: Powered coaster, Q time 10mins

Expensive food and admission. Dont go on public or school holidays.

I've only been to Alton Towers once - the only memory I have is of my mum falling down the stone steps in the gardens and spraining her ankle. She couldn't walk for the rest of the day!
