Since I live in Blackpool, I don't really appreciate much of the touristy things you can do there. But I do appreaciate Blackpool Pleasure Beach!

Buying a wristband lets you go on any ride you want, and I believe you can no longer buy individual tickets but im not sure? There are a big variety of rides, and there are new ones most years.

While the park settings are not as nice as some other theme parks - the floor is grey tarmak and their isnt much in the way of nature like at Alton Towers. But on most rides that go high, you can see nice views of the beach and sea!

Some of my favorite rides include Valhalla, which is guaranteed to get you wet, if not; soaked! The Pepsi max Big one in my opinion is over rated, but is still good. The new infusion is awesome, its so fast! I think my ultimate favorite is the big dipper, just fun!

There is also an area for kids with more gentle rides. The food, as in most theme parks is expensive, but you can leave the park and go to various food places near the park for cheaper!
