Diggerland - Medway
Member Name: curlycabbage
Advantages: Loads for the children t.o do with out too many rules
Disadvantages: Jeep safari
For my sons 10th we were at a loose end of what to do as he was now too big for the indoor soft play parties he had, had in the past. A friend had recently visited Diggerland in Medway and my son had seen adverts locally so we contcted them to organise a party. They supplied all the invites and a menu options list via the post. On the day of the party we all assemblied in the reception where we were allocated a party leader who sorted all the food options, we had chosed a pack lunch style lunch as it would be easier. The children and all adults had excess to all the diggers available . There was a jeep safari which a little disappointing as it really only went over potn holes and a couple of puddles, i'm not too sure why i felt disappointed but, i did. The smaller diggers had takes like searching for item in the stones, setting up pin balls and the such. Diggerland has converted a large digger bucket in to an Alton Towers style ride where once you are starped into the digger bucket of about 8 in a row, the riders were rasied and droped, spun round as you'll agree just what small boys love. the Lunch was supplied in a Digger land lunche box with sandwiches, cripes, yought, choclate biscute and carton of juice. All the guest had a great time and i would say it was a sucsess.
Summary: Great for big and small kids alike
