Advantages: Great rides
Disadvantages: None
My husband and I took our children here back in October as both my children are mad on Thomas and there is a Thomas Land here.
This was a treat for my son as it was his 5th birthday.
The prices are a little steep but I found a voucher from a cereal box for 2 for 1 offer.
We took my mother in law and as she is over 60 it was a lower price for her.
Adults are £23 and children are £19.
But once in rides are free so its quite worth it.
The park opens at 9:30 and rides start at 10:30.
My boys loved the Thomas rides and it was good that adults are able to ride with their children also.
They also loved meeting the fat controler as well.
For adult rides there are a good selection of white knuckle rides shockwave is a stand up roller coaster.
Apocalypse is a 180ft free fall tower ride and g force is another roller coaster these are just a few that unfortanatly I never got a chance to try out as dont like riding by my self but will deffinately take the chance to go back when my kids are old enough to try them with me.
Food prices here are as like many tourist attraction places a little high for my liking so I made some sandwiches and stopped off at the supermarket on the way to get some snacks and drinks for the day.
I would also advise a warm summer day to go as we went in october it was very cold so we didnt have as much fun as we could have done.
Summary: better fun if the weather is good.
