Advantages: The foreign people being there. , The farm for the children., Extra bits of information on annimals.
Disadvantages: Not near the centre., Not brilliant equipt for bad weather days.
I visited the London zoo over two years ago, but since I plan to visit London over the weekend I started thinking about my previous visit to London. From around Oxford Street I remember getting a bus to the zoo and I did take quite a while but it took us pretty much near to the zoo. I can’t remember the exact prices but I’m sure for a family of four, consisting of two adults and two children it cost under £40 – but prices would have probably risen since then. Firstly I remember walking through shelter places in which strange and weird animals where kept and then we walked in to a circular shaped house of fish – this was quite interesting. Then the more exciting and exotic animals came a long such as Lions, Elephants, and monkeys e.t.c. For children there was a farm type thing, in which there were lots of farm animals and I even remember stroking a goat. There were some gift shops too – but I remember there being a class full of school children queuing, which wasn’t very good. I know my review wasn’t exactly long – but it’s been a long time. Overall though I would say London Zoo is ok, but it’s not the best attraction to visit. It was a very hot day when I went and I definitely don’t think I would have liked it if it was raining or cold. There were loads of people from different countries there – which I loved because I have an obsession with foreign people.
