We visited Paultons Park recently for the second time, we are a family of four with 2 children under 6. We had an absolutely fantastic time, Paultons is a very good park for families. Getting there: Paultons is situated in Ower, on the edge of the New Forest in Hampshire. It is a short distance from junction 2 of the M27 ...  Read the complete review

Paultons Park is a large theme park situated at Ower, just off the M27, in Hampshire. It's about a 15 minute drive from either Southampton or Romsey and takes about 25 minutes to travel there from, my home town, Salisbury. I first visited Paultons nearly 20 years ago - taking the young son of a friend there for the day. It was a good ...  Read the complete review

Paultons Park is a really good family park. The Park is aimed at younger children to about 12 years of age. It is loacted in Hampshire, Exit 2 off the M27 if you live locally it is really easy to get to with the bus X7 Sailsbury - Southampton. It stops outside the park so you have to walk up the drive, it only runs mon-sat. On a Sunday ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Fantastic day out (199 words)

This is a fantastic day out for all the family. It is a bit pricey but not any more than you would expect and you can REALLY have a full day here with young children. The car park is massive so there are no problems parking at all. I would say the rides are aimed mostly at children from 2half to 12 year's of age and my son at now 5 ...  Read the complete review

This is possibly the best day out if you have younger children in the country and is situated in a place called ower near the new forest in Hampshire. It is very easy to get to from M27 and well signposted. The one thing against it is it rarely gives discount vouchers so it can work out quite pricey - unless your over one meter it will ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Paultons Family Theme Park: Paultns Park - A fantastic fun filled day out for under 12's (388 words)
by - written on 26/08/07 (Very useful, 249 readings)

We had a fantastic day at Paultons Park. It's definitely a theme park for younger children, but we found more than enough to keep all our three aged 7, 4 and 2 occupied non-stop from opening (10.00am) to closing (5.30pm) and they would've stayed much longer if allowed. It is expensive, costing us £70 or so for 3 adults (one disabled, ...  Read the complete review

Visited on Saturday 17th March 2007, park was very quiet with no queues for any rides. The park is very well suited for children between 4 and 10, lots to do and see. The whole site was very clean, the tolilets were exceptional and the staff were very frendly and helpfull. We stayed from 10:00am untill 4:00pm and still did not go on all the rides ...  Read the complete review

I was browsing the internet for places that my husband and I can go for an afternoon that is wheelchair friendly, and bearing in mind I cant do too much due to this fact, somewhere that two persons (with kids that have fled the nest) can go, that wont break the bank. I obviously knew Paultons park had big rides etc, that I knew I wouldnt be ...  Read the complete review

We have just been to Paulton park. I had read the previous review and was a little cagey about going, as we didn;t fancy the extra trip to Chessington. So glad we did. It must have improved since the review was written. We were a mixed bunch of 9, youngest 8 months - oldest 67 years. There was enough for all, Mother liked the ...  Read the complete review

Maybe we were lucky with the weather but this was possibly one of the best days out we have had as a family. We went two years ago when my daughter was five and she loves the rides. She was able to get on all of them and they were all free with the wristband. The only extra was the go-karts but she was too small anyway and it was ...  Read the complete review

Near The New Forest and has been named the South’s Family Leisure Park. It is near the M27 on your way towards Totton near Southampton. There is ample parking and is a great place to visit providing that the weather stays fine. There is a mini log flume for children. The cars are shaped like seals; there is a long waiting line ...  Read the complete review

Theme Parks - competitive places by and large - who has the fastest, highest, nearest death experience? Queues, queue jumping, arguments over which rides to go on etc. I LOVE 'EM!! Nonetheless, now that I have a child of my own and need to pretend to have grown up, it is a refreshing change to find somewhere like Paultons Park. ...  Read the complete review

Picture the scene its Father’s Day morning, and my husband has opened his presents and we all lie in bed thinking about what to do today and where to go. After a lot of “I don’t really mind, where would you all like to go” from my husband, luckily my four-year old son comes up with the idea of Paultons Park. After ...  Read the complete review

"Paultons Park" is a small amusement park found near Southampton. It is the only amusement park I know of in Hampshire, providing a fun day out for the family. However, Paulton's Park ISN'T designed for all ages in fact the age range I would say is for ages 4-7 and adults. Prices are high costing a family of 4 around £50, ...  Read the complete review

This is a brilliant theme park especially for the under 12's. I have been several times in previous years and it's attractions have never waned. For the older child(8-12) the water ride and the roller coster are great but don't expect them to thrill the teenager. This is really a place for the under 12's. There ...  Read the complete review

Are you looking for loads of stomach churning, swing-you-upside-down, and shake-you-around-until-your-breakfast-makes-a-return-visit, thrill-a-minute-rides? Well Paulton's Park is probably NOT the place for you... It doesn't have acres of those huge attractions. And nor does it have the gangs of foul ...  Read the complete review
