Thorpe Park is situated in Surrey, and is open from May - Nov with varying opening times. It is easily accessible, by car, train or bus.

Entry can be quite expensive, so keep an eye out for 2 for 1 or other offers.

I have been going to Thorpe Park since I was a child, and how it has changed over the years to my adulthood. Nonetheless it is still enjoyable each time I visit and it is constantly improving and overachieving my expectations. Thorpe park has something for everyone, whether your young or old, a child, a teenager or an adult. There is definately something for everyone.

There are numerous themed zones where the stalls and rides are matched to the theme to create an enjoyable experience. There are 'extreme thrill' rides, such as Stealth which is an experience that you cannot imagine, for those who like to be scared or merely have an adrenaline rush, 'thrilling and fun' rides for those who like things a bit more tame and 'young thrills' which are aimed at children.

Thorpe park not only contains rides, there are shows, stalls, arcades, restaurants and coffee houses. It is a great day out, for a family, for a couple, for friends.

I suggest if you are not going with children, to take a day off work or go during school term time, as the queues can be rather long on the school holiday times. There are advance fast track tickets, but these can add up to be quite costly!

Overall I find it to be a great day out and definitely is worth a visit!
