Advantages: Also has walk around animal encounters and theme park.

Disadvantages: Queing at peak times, expensive theme park rides.

This safari park is located in Bewdley near Kidderminster, and is open daily (apart from certain days such as christmas day itself). It is accessed via a long driveway which leads to the admission kiosk. Admission prices are reasonable, with very young children being free. Car parking is not a problem as there is ample space.
The park is seperated into two main sections - the safari park and then the theme park. Whilst the admission price allows you to enter both, it does not include the cost of the rides. These happen to be expensive when individual tickets are purchased, though wristbands can be bought (allowing unlimited access to the rides). These too are quite expensive though. There are a variety of rides for all ages, along with an amusement arcade.
Facilities are quite good - toilets, food stalls, gift shops etc. There are also walk around animal encounters based just next to the theme park section. This includes sealions (shows performed), goat section, reptile house and bat caves amongst others.
The safari drive through is always very popular, and at peak times of the day/year can get very busy. It is common place to be stuck in traffic jams for most of the drive around (worth noting - make sure you go to the toilet before you drive around, as when very busy it can take you a couple of hours to reach the other end!) Another suggestion is to head to the theme park section first, then do the drive around mid afternoon. This way is quieter, as most people tend to do the opposite (as the safari drive is just past the admission kiosk).
Overall an enjoyable day out.

Summary: Great day out for all ages.
