A feature of the EZ-4TT is that it holds on internal label roll, but it can also handle increased label capacity with an external roll of up to 260 meters (10" diameter) on a stand in the opened back cover. With a rear aperture for fanfold media and Peel-Off as standard, the EZ-4TT also has a cutter module as an option and an optional mini keyboard for standalone, remote operation and on the spot label design. Besides simple media loading and operation, easy access to the print head and label sensor allows for quick and easy routine maintenance.

EZ-4TT is a page mode printer with media gap sensor, black mark sensor, and peel-off as standard.
