I rang customer service who e-mailed me a returns document, glued it onto my parcel and it was returned via Royal Mail free of charge, they e-mailed me the progress of the fault and sent me a brand new Label point.

The Dymo Label point 350 has all the features you would expect from a top Dymo labeller, the handheld devices makes labelling a doddle in an office / home environment. I used the Label point 350 on site (Building site) and after the 3rd use the motor inside had packed up and jammed.
