I was lucky enough to be given this by someone who recieved it free because they work at Boots. Its a lovely black eyeliner designed to be smudged for that sexy smouldering look. I love this eyeliner it goes on so easy and the brush shaped sponge at the end is ideal for creating that smouldering look. I am a big fan of make-up and I do have quite a lot of it upon my dressing table. One of the things I love to do the most if my eye make up because you can change the look of your entire appearance with just a few different colours and a bit of eyeliner. Did you know Tigi did make up? Well you would if you read my reviews because yes they do, do make up! Expensive? Depends what you deem to be expensive! Worth it? Depends cos like any make up range it's hit and miss and I've had great experiences and other products have been over-priced for what they are and just rubbish really.
