IT'S TIGI TIME --------------------- My mum and I prefer to go to the local college to get our hair cut. It not only helps those trainee hairdressers practice but it costs less than those over priced salons. As you can see from other reviews I have written on Ciao, and on "the other side" I am a fan of most of the Tigi products, especially its shampoos rather than it's hair styling products, but maybe that it just me being a little bit too fussy!
