We are never short of toasters in my house, almost every christmas we are bought some household appliance that we don't need, already have or just won't use. So why I wondered do we now have a cheapo toaster in a box in our living room?? My parents decided to buy a caravan and my mother got excited and started buying things for the inside already and as I suspected.. they never even went away in the caravan and so they toaster sat in it's ugly cheapo white box in the kitchen ( yes it was banished from the living room)

This of course is from Argo and was just over £5. Despite not needing it my mother decided she was going to use it anyway,she could of just taken it back! since it was out and I wanted some toast. I used it too. Not that I am stuck up, but in our kitchen this is hugely out of place, it's pure white and looks tacky beyond belief. It looks as if it is made out of rubbish cheap material and overall this looks completely cheapo and nasty!

However it isn't. What ever material this is made out of it actually sturdy and durable considering the amount of times I have dropped this. This has up to 6 browning settings which are all quite good but number 6 is burnt toast, why anyone would use the burnt toast option I don't know but I have this on 2 and a half and it lightly browns the bread and gives it a bit of a crisp and thats more than good enough for me.

There is a little tray that isn't even as big as a slice of bread, this is to catch the crumbs,it does a pretty bad job of this because it isn't big enough but there are never loads of crumbs anyway. This is easy to wipe down, and because it is white you dont' notice any water marks from a cloth but this does stain easily, I burnt toast once and all the top is now brown, lovely!

It's safe to say that this toaster is ok but it should stick to caravans but not kitchens!
