Advantages: Lost of modes that make toasting easy.

Disadvantages: Too sensitive and creates lots of crumbs.

Brought this toaster simply because it co-ordinated with my Breville kettle but was more than happy with my choice! It toasts evenly and has a lot of settings that are useful for veryday family living such as the reheat and defrost modes (the defrost one is used nearly every day!). The option to toast just 2 rather than 4 slices all at once also means you ca save energy unlike some other 4 slice toaster which heat the whole toaster regardless of the number of slices you've put in. The only disadvantage is it seems to create a lot of crumbs and you need to keep adjusting the settings depending on the thickness of slice and whether you have one or two slices in as it can be very sensitive and prefers to under toast rather than burn! That said, I'm still happy with it and would recommend it to anyone with a family.

Summary: A reliable and well thought toaster for the family market.
