Advantages: Can toast one side, 4 wide slots, 2 independently controlled, well made, colours.

I had a Kenwood toaster that was just out of warranty and the filament appeared to have burned out. I wasn't happy but I liked that toaster as it had bun heater attachment and long slots for pitta bread etc. Anyway I wasn't happy that this had happened so soon so I purchased the Delonghi CTO 4003 in red, which is beautiful. What makes this better? It is solidly built, it looks good and it can do things like croissants and bagels. It has a setting that allows it to only toast one side of the bread or roll etc! It also toasts very evenly and you can very accurately set the colour of the toast. It has four slots and two work independently of the other two so saving power and energy and allowing you to toast different things and to different colours at the same time.
It also toasts from frozen very well indeed. It is quick and easy to clean.
Because of my experience with this I am going to buy the matching kettle too. So far a brilliant toaster and I love it.

Summary: The best toaster and best looking toaster for the home.
