I was very excited to recieve this product as an engagement present. And over the moon when I first got it out of the box.

On first inspection, obviously I was very impressed. The colour of the product was my favorite of course being a pink fanatic although I am aware that they do this product in many other colours. I also like the fact that they do a matching kettle.

At the price that was paid for it I was slightly unimpressed by the quality of the toaster. The outer casing which is pink was great, It looked very posh and high quality, but the dial and switch looked very cheap and plasticy which I found very disappointing.

The toaster makes a horrible noise when toasting as the dial rotates and unfortunately the timing system is very basic and unsatisfactory. Basically causing your toast to burn more often than not.

Things get stuck in this toaster far too easily and unfotunately are really not easy to get out causing debris to be left in the toaster which in turn leads to more burning.

Now to top all of this off after 2 months of use my toaster has now stopped working. One side does not toast at all!! Customer service refuse to help which is also disappointing for such an expensive product. I certainly wont be buying another one!!
