Advantages: lovely looking product, great to use

Disadvantages: peeling rubber on the sides, expensive for what it is

I bought this dualit toaster in baby blue from John Lewis as part of my Wedding gifts, however, 2 months down the line and I must say i do not like the look of it! The casing in coated in a rubber like material and it is peeling off, whether this is a design fault or a one off i do not know!

Working wise it is a great toaster, with all the usual settings and the look of the toaster is very nice. It is very stylish and looks superb in my kitchen, however this peeling is an issue and i am in two minds to take it back because of this.

The cleaning of the toaster can be difficult too, it does have a crumb tray which is great but the silver parts on the toaster can streak with certain cleaning products. I tend to just use a wet cloth to clean this toaster.

Makes yummy toast though, but what toaster doesn't.....

Overall a fairly overpriced designer looking toaster that is not worth the money. £64.99 for a toaster of this quality needs a re-think!
