Despite the good points, I was very disappointed with the performance of this toaster. The first time I used it it burnt one side of one of the slices of bread, and undercooked another slice. The second time I used it the bread curled slightly and so one of the corners was turned to charcoal.
I wouldn't necessary recommend buying this toaster due to the perfomance. It was a let down after the good reviews that we have heard about Dualit....moreMore Dualit toasters

We have just bought one of these toasters. We had read a lot of reviews about these and these were all positive so we went for it. The design of the toaster is modern without being too much. It would fit in well in any kitchen. This toaster takes generous slices of bread. It will easily fit 4 standard slices in.
