Advantages: Excellent durability,even toasting.

Disadvantages: Its not cheap

This is my trusty Dualit toaster which produces brown even toast every time. I had always wanted a decent toaster and at £135 it is a lot of money to pay for a toaster,
but I was so fed up with having to replace broken toasters after only six months use I decided to buy something that would last and it does look nice and shiny on my kitchen side. This particular model has three extra wide toast slots which are also capable of taking sandwich racks, (an optional extra at £12.99 each) which means you can make toasted cheese sandwiches/ ham sandwiches etc without making a mess of your toaster. It is also possible to switch off individual toast slots and only have the number of slots on that you wish to use. I have noticed that if you use this function sometimes the bread is not always toasted as evenly as it would be when you have all elements switched on. The toaster switches its self off via a simple timer switch which you wind up for as long as you want the toaster to toast for and once it has timed out the toaster switches itself off. The toaster comes with a facility for keeping your toast warm but without continuing to toast your bread, this is achieved by a lever on the front of the toaster which lifts the toasted bread out of the toaster just enough to stop it from being toasted any further but not to much that it goes cold, brilliant. The casing is of a chrome like finish which is easy to wipe clean and is extremely durable. I have had this toaster for two years now, it is used every day but still looks like new. It has a one year manufactures guarantee and a two year guarantee on the toasting elements which can easily be changed if necessary. Overall this is a great toaster but the price might put some people off.

Summary: Expensive price for a toaster but will last for ever.
