First bought one in August 2006. Three weeks later it wouldn't work. The shop replaced it with a new one - three times by December - as it was a 'common fault': a spring that didn't eject the toast any more. I thought it was fourth time lucky, nearly a year with no problems, until the fault occured again last week. I didn't expect much for £9.99 but I won't be buying another one of the same ...
