About a year ago I bought a set of two toasted sandwich maker bags by JML for £3.99. Each bag is black and non-stick with a small handle for easy removal from the toaster after cooking. You simply place a made up sandwich in and put it in the toaster to make a toasted sandwich. I was tempted after I had seen a girl in work using one and her toasted melted cheese type sandwiches always looked a lot more tasty than my cold ones especially in winter but weren't much more difficult to make. - - Using the bag - - You make up what is essentially a normal sandwich say ham and cheese or tuna and cheese and instead of putting the butter on the outside ... My local Woolworths is currently closing down, so I decided to go and have a look at what was on offer as I needed a few kitchen utensils which I had been putting off buying. Once I got here it did resemble a bit of a jumble sale, but not to be put off having made the 20 minute journey to get there I was determined to grin and bear it. JML products are one of the ranges sold in Woolworths. JML is a London based company which is family run and the head of JML is a man called John Mills whom the initials JM from the JML stand for. With over 40 years experience, JML pride themselves on being able to offer household items at inexpensive prices. You may recall ... Read the complete review

I decided to buy the JML Toasta bags from eBay for just £1.99 as I longed for something that was quick and easy to use to cook / warm up snacks in. I was very excited when I finally received them as I heard good things about them from my some relatives I had received 2 JML Toasta bags which are of a good size and as soon as I got them I put 2 frozen fish fingers in the toasta bags and popped them straight into my toaster on medium heat for about 3-5 minutes. As soon as the time was up I let them cool down for a few seconds then I used the handle provided to lift them up from the toaster and they tasted very nice indeed, was well cooked. And ever since then I ... Read the complete review

I bought a pack of these about four months ago from the JML range at Wilkinsons. I paid £3.99 for them but I notice that they are now being sold at £2.49. The idea of putting sandwiches or fish fingers into these and toasting them in my regular toaster appealed to me. I thought it would be quick and easy with minimum cleaning up afterwards. Inside the cardboard pack you get two beige coloured shiny packets. They feel as though they are made from plastic and have a kind of criss cross texture. I assume that they are coated with a heatproof layer. I found that because my toaster slots are not very wide I could only ... Read the complete review

My Mother in law introduced me to these wonderful inventions and since first using them i have never used anything else as these give me the perfect toasted sandwiches.... Growing up we used to have a toasted sandwihc maker and i remember my mum never used to really like to use it as it was soo messy. The filling would come out at the sides and as it was cooking would stick on so you would need a hammer & chisel at the end to get it off !!Well with these this is a thing of the past. You make your sandwich up like normal pop in into the toastabag and pop it into the toaster.I dont ever change the setting on my toaster and i have it on quite a low one (number ...
