We bought this toaster just under 2 years ago. This toaster comes with 2 slots side by side, lower and raise lift, variable heat settings, defroast, reheat, early eject buttons and crumb tray. All of which are well laid out and easy to use. There is a blue neon ring around the toaster which lites up when the toast is plugged into the mains and flashes when the toaster is being used.
