I have had this toaster for about 1 and a half years now and have never had any problems with this product. It has two slots for toast which isnt i deal for a massive family but you can get this exact toaster but with four slots instead. This toaster is a nice cream colour on the sides. If this colour does not take your fancy then other colours are also available. on the two larger sides it is silver and shiny. Fingerprints do make marks on these sides which i knew would happen when i got it but it really isnt a happy. You really dont need to get out your flash or anything.
