This toaster is absolutely brilliant, it performs very well and makes perfect toast. however you personally like it done. It looks really good, is easy to clean and the crumb tray is very easy to empty and clean. It doesn't get finger marks left on it either, which is a real bonus. There is a matching kettle also, so to have them matching is really good. I particulally like the red trim on it, as I have red accessories in my kitchen, so it all match's. However, this is most important, the toaster with the red trim on, does not seem to be available in this country. It has a black trim on it, which I did not like or want. In order to have the one with the red trim on, that I wanted, I eventually found it on the French Amazon site, so that was the only way I could buy it, and the postal charge for this, was quite expensive, which added to the cost of the toaster. If you are not bothered by the trim colour then it won't matter, however, the matching kettle has the red trim on. Perhaps, in time you may be able to buy the red trim one in this country, so it's worth checking it out.
